Here is an unexpected update of Miniville. On a
day I was playing with it and had changed the zone around the old
residential zone by deconstructing the fountains around it. There was
new room for residential and commercial zones and there it is: A
population of 200.000 (highest population I got was 205.000)

To the SimCity World, I give you Imperamatrix -
the sequel to my previous megacity Suprematrix, and the final city to
the Matrix series. At its dizzying population of 4.5 million residents,
it is the center to all my cities, the capital city, and the heart of
my SC3K Empire. With a total population of 7 million, it boasts full
education, health, and safety features, ZERO unemployment, ZERO
abandoned buildings, 3% pollution levels, and has the lowest commercial
tax rate of 2%. Utilizing an even more sophisticated master plan than
its predecessor, it squeezes 100% 4x4 structures across the map,
carefully spacing each building for optimum population density without
sacrificing the art of functional design. Inspired by the concept of
crop circles, this city has been designed to use the properties of each
4x4 structure to create a meticulous pattern of circles, curvatures,
and squares clearly visible from the sky, all to produce the energy of
unity and opulence which this city has .
Not only does the city have acres of endless luxury and beauty, but it
is also the most advanced society, integrating futuristic technology to
fully automate production and services. Sims living in this city are
the most enlightened and happiest beings, not only living a way of life
based on science, reason, rational and logical thinking, but also on
principles of balancing individuality with the community. This is a
society which values uplifting and enhancing the quality of life to all
its residents at its highest, whilst maximizing sim's potential and
their use of it to full capacity.
Hope you enjoy Imperamatrix,
Imperar V Omnika

Here is Jacqui Villa in May of 2370. The city is named
in honor of my dear wife, who lost her husband for three months while
he was glued to the computer chair creating this city. It looks nothing
like when it was first started (does any city really remain the same?)
I struggled a long time trying to get the Quigley Towers. I followed
all the suggestions from the forum and still nothing. Finally, I
switched building templates and WOW! There they were! Many thanks
to all who posted on the forum with suggestions and special thanks to
Omnika whose interesting tricks helped make Jacqui Villa what it is now.
Enjoy!
Michael
